- Please make your payment by bank
transfer or a credit card. Fill in the necessary information
on the
printed registration
form (containing your registration number). Then fax the
completed form to the Registration Secretariat (+81-3-3230-2744).
Please
retain a copy for your own records. Your registration number
is required
for any inquires.
- Registration fee payment period: January 27, 2015 - April 17, 2015
After April 17, registration
will be accepted at the conference site only.
- To notify the completion of your
registration, the Registration Secretariat will send you
a confirmation/ receipt
slip. Please bring this slip and present it at
the Registration Desk at the conference to receive your Registration
Package.
