to Registration and make payment

- Click the "Registration form" above.
- Fill out the registration form completely. Then, click "Confirm." (If any error message appears on the screen, please go back to the registration page and fill out again.)
- Your input data will appear on the screen.
If it is correct, click "Confirm"
- Your registration data and registration
number will appear on the screen. Please print out this Registration
form page.
- Please make your payment by bank
transfer or a credit card. Fill in the necessary information
on the
printed registration
form (containing your registration number). Then fax the
completed form to the Registration Secretariat (+81-3-3230-2744).
Please
retain a copy for your own records. Your registration number
is required
for any inquires.
- Registration fee
payment period: December 10, 2012 - April 26, 2013
- To notify the completion of your
registration, the Registration Secretariat will send you
a confirmation/ receipt
slip. Please bring this slip and present it at
the Registration Desk at the conference to receive your Registration
Package.
- Advance entry period: December 3, 2012 - April 26, 2013

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation or change of reservation, a written notice should be submitted to the Registration Secretariat.
