Steps to make your registration
We make a recommendation to Online registration.
If you would like to apply by FAX, please printout and fill in the registration form, then send it to the secretariat. ( FAX : +81-3-3814-6904)
1. Start registration: Click “For REGISTRATION FORM” above.
2. Fill in the Registration Form：
Fill in the registration form completely, and then click “Next”.
If any error messages appear on the screen, please go back to the registration page
and fill in again.
3. Check the registration form:
Check all information again, and then click “Next”.
4. Select the payment ：
Please chose your preferred payment method either credit card or bank transfer,
and then click “submit” to proceed the payment screen.
5. Fill in the necessary information ：
Fill the necessary information in the payment form.
●Credit Card : Card number / Card holder’s name / valid date (mm/yy)
●Bank Transfer : Bank transfer name / Scheduled date of bank transfer
Click “Agree” button to complete the payment and your registration.
6. Completion of registration ：
Your login ID will appear on the screen. Please print out and keep with you the completion page.
(Your registration number will be required for inquiry in case of trouble)
7. The payment period of Registration fee :
Advance entry:
Until May 24, 2019 extended the deadline!
After May 24, 2019, Registration will be acceptable on the conference site only.
8. Confirmation mail：
To notify the completion of your registration, Secretariat will send you a confirmation by e-mail, when we confirm your payment and registered information. Please bring this confirmation to registration desk on the very day.
9. Advance Entry period: Until January 8, 2019- May 24, 2019

*After May 24 and during the period of the workshop, registration will only be accepted at the conference site, and payment will be accepted only by cash at the Registration Desk.
Change / Cancellation and Refund
If there are any changes to your registration information (including address) or cancellation before May 27, 2019, please click “click here for REGISTRATION FORM” and enter your log in ID and password, and then proceed the cancellation in your “my page”. We will refund the total amount after deducting 10% of total fee.
No refund can be made in case of cancellation after May 27, 2019.
