Registration

	In order to ensure that your registration is successfully processed, we recommend online registration. You can also download an official registration form (PDF document) and fax it to the Registration Secretariat.

How to register and make payment

1. Click the "Registration form" above.
2. Fill out the registration form completely. Then, click "Confirm." (If any error message appears on the screen, please go back to the registration page and fill out again.)
3. Your input data appears on the screen. If it is correct, click "Submit."
4. Your registration data and registration number appear on the screen. Please print out this Registration form page.
5. Please make a payment by bank transfer or a credit card. Fill in the necessary information on the printed registration form (containing your registration number). Then fax the completed form to the Registration Secretariat (+81-3-3523-3723). Please retain a copy for your own records. Your registration number is required for any inquires.
6. Please make your payment no later than November 16, 2007. After November 17, registration will be accepted at the conference site only.
7. To notify the completion of registration, the Registration Secretariat will send you a confirmation/receipt slip. Please bring this slip on the day and present it at the Registration Desk to receive your Registration Package.

Banquet

A banquet will be held in "Hall B5 " at the Tokyo International Forum on November 27 (Tue.) .
To attend the banquet, please pay the Banquet Registration Fee (listed above).
While dining on a selection of delicious foods from the expansive buffet, you can socialize with new and old friends in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Deadline

Early bird registration: Friday, November 9, 2007
Advanced registration: Friday, November 16, 2007

After November 17 and during the period of the workshop, registration will only be accepted at the conference site. Payment will only be accepted by cash or charge at registration counter .

Payments

Payments must be completed in Japanese Yen (JPY) by Credit Card (VISA, Master Card, UC, Amex) or Bank Transfer (all fees at transmitter's expense) at the time of registration/reservation.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation or change of reservation, a written notice should be submitted to the Registration Secretariat.

Registration Fee& Banquet Fee Refund Policy
In case of cancellation of registration and / or participation to the banquet, fees are to be refunded after deducting the following cancellation and bank transfer fees.
