Steps to make your registration
We make a recommendation to Online registration.
If you would like to apply by FAX, please printout and fill in the registration form, then send it to the secretariat. ( FAX : +81-3-5614-1470 )


1. Start registration: Click gFor REGISTRATION FORMh above.

2. Fill in the Registration FormF

Fill in the registration form completely, and then click gNexth.
If any error messages appear on the screen, please go back to the registration page and fill in again.

3. Check the registration form:

Check all information again, and then click gNexth.

4. Select the payment F

Please chose your preferred payment method either credit card or bank transfer, and then click gsubmith to proceed the payment screen.

5. Fill in the necessary information F

Fill the necessary information in the payment form.

@Credit Card : Card number / Card holderfs name / valid date (mm/yy)
@Bank Transfer : Bank transfer name / Scheduled date of bank transfer

Click@gAgreeh button to complete the payment and your registration.@

6. Completion of registration F

Your login ID will appear on the screen. Please print out and keep with you the completion page.
(Your registration number will be required for inquiry in case of trouble)

7. The payment period of Registration fee :
Advance entry: Until May 10, 2017
On-site: Until May 30, 2017

After May 30, 2017, Registration will be acceptable on the conference site only.

8. Confirmation mailF

To notify the completion of your registration, Secretariat will send you a confirmation by e-mail, when we confirm your payment and registered information. Please bring this confirmation to registration desk on the very day.

9. Advance Entry period: Until May 30, 2017

*After May 30 and during the period of the workshop, registration will only be accepted at the conference site, and payment will be accepted only by cash at the Registration Desk.

Change / Cancellation and Refund

If there are any changes to your registration information (including address) or cancellation before June 02, 2017, please click gclick here for REGISTRATION FORMh and enter your log in ID and password, and then proceed the cancellation in your gmy pageh. We will refund the total amount after deducting 10% of total fee.
No refund can be made in case of cancellation after June 02, 2017.
